1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a contract between you and H.O.H Trading Card House (“H.O.H”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you access or use coreos.live/hoh and its related account, marketplace, package-opening, auction, rewards, custody, NFT, and delivery services (the “Services”).
By creating an account, connecting a wallet, placing an order or bid, listing a card, opening a package, or otherwise using a transactional feature, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and location
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to contract, and use the Services only where lawful. You must not use a chance-based package, token, payment method, or marketplace feature if local law prohibits it or requires a licence, registration, or approval you do not have.
You may use the Services only for yourself or an organisation you are authorised to bind. Sanctioned persons, blocked jurisdictions, and users previously suspended for serious misconduct may not use transactional features. We may request information reasonably needed for age, identity, sanctions, fraud, tax, or regulatory checks.
3. Accounts, wallets, and security
- Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person may not create accounts to evade limits, manipulate referrals, bids, draws, or promotions.
- You are responsible for activity authorised through your password, email provider, connected wallet, device, and valid signatures, except to the extent caused by our breach of law or security duties.
- Keep passwords, private keys, and seed phrases secret. H.O.H does not hold wallet private keys and will never ask for a seed phrase.
- Notify legal@coreos.live promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may temporarily restrict an account or transaction while investigating.
- A wallet may be linked to only one account unless H.O.H expressly supports a different arrangement.
4. Live, test, and demo features
Only a feature expressly presented as live and payable may create a real-money or on-chain obligation. Any balance, top-up, auction, pack, payment, network, asset, inventory, or transaction labelled “demo”, “sandbox”, “stub”, “test”, “testnet”, “fixture”, or similar is for testing only, has no cash value, and is not withdrawable or redeemable for money.
A displayed wallet button, NFT status, or blockchain panel does not mean a contract is deployed or a transaction occurred. The confirmation screen, payment receipt, database ownership record, and—where applicable—identified blockchain transaction determine status.
5. Products, listings, and pricing
Product pages describe the card/package, main characteristics, grade or rarity information, price, currency, available payment methods, package quantity, published chances, and known delivery or service information. Images may vary in colour or scale by display. A third-party grading label is an opinion of that grader, not H.O.H.
The checkout price shown before confirmation controls and should include applicable platform charges disclosed by H.O.H. Delivery, gas, tax, customs, currency-conversion, or third-party fees will be shown or described where known and may be charged separately. You may correct order information before final confirmation by leaving checkout or editing the available fields.
We may correct an obvious pricing or inventory error before fulfilment and will not substitute a higher charge without consent. If payment was taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a refund.
6. Payments and taxes
Fiat checkout is processed by the payment provider identified at checkout, currently Stripe where enabled. You authorise the stated amount and currency. H.O.H receives payment status and reference data but not your full card number. USDT or other token payments, when enabled, require you to approve the correct token, amount, network, and contract in your wallet.
You are responsible for bank, card, wallet, gas, foreign-exchange, tax, duty, and customs charges not expressly included by H.O.H, and for determining taxes arising from your resale, token, rewards, or marketplace activity. Payment is complete only after the provider or relevant network confirms it and H.O.H records fulfilment.
7. Packages, odds, and random outcomes
Before buying a chance-based package, review its price, number of draws, full eligible pool, individual or tier probabilities, sell-back values, and stated randomisation/proof method. Probabilities apply to each draw as described; a low-probability result is not guaranteed after any number of purchases.
When payment and allocation complete, the random outcome is final and cannot be re-rolled because you dislike its grade, rarity, market value, or sell-back amount. This does not limit remedies for duplicate charging, an invalid published probability configuration, non-random fulfilment caused by a verified technical defect, misdescription, fraud, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Published sell-back value is the amount offered for that particular allocated card at the relevant decision point, not a promise of market value or future liquidity. “Provably fair” means the displayed commitment/randomisation evidence can be checked as described; it does not promise profit, a particular result, or an infallible third-party network.
8. Marketplace listings and sales
A seller must own and be authorised to sell the listed card/unit, accurately describe it, and keep it free of undisclosed liens or conflicting transfers. A buyer’s completed purchase is binding subject to these Terms and mandatory consumer rights. H.O.H may cancel stale, duplicate, unavailable, suspicious, erroneous, or non-compliant listings.
Fees and net proceeds are shown or governed by the active marketplace configuration. Where an on-chain marketplace is used, the smart contract executes the token/payment transfer and may charge the disclosed contract fee. Network finality, wallet signatures, and contract state may control over an out-of-date interface display.
9. Auctions and offers
A bid or accepted offer is a binding commitment to purchase if the stated conditions are met. Bidders must maintain sufficient authorised funds or balance. Sellers may not bid on their own items, coordinate sham bids, manipulate prices, withdraw inventory to avoid a valid outcome, or interfere with settlement.
Reserve price, minimum increment, end time, fees, and settlement method are shown in the relevant auction. Network delay and clock differences can occur; H.O.H’s recorded server time or identified on-chain state controls. We may reverse or cancel an auction affected by a verified technical error, fraud, legal requirement, unavailable item, or market manipulation.
10. Custody, ownership, and grading
A “vaulted” status means the physical card is intended to remain in H.O.H’s or an appointed custodian’s possession while the platform records the current owner. Specific custody location, insurance, inspection, storage fees, and redemption conditions should be disclosed for the relevant service before public custody is accepted.
H.O.H may rely on certification numbers, labels, and opinions supplied by PSA, BGS, another grader, seller, or intake process. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, market estimates, historical prices, rarity labels, population data, and grading opinions are informational and may change.
You must promptly report an ownership discrepancy. We may freeze transfer or delivery while resolving competing claims, suspected fraud, chargebacks, legal process, or a mismatch between custody, database, and blockchain records.
11. NFTs and blockchain risks
An H.O.H NFT, where minted, is a digital record associated with the identified card unit. It does not transfer copyright, trademark, image rights, or other intellectual property in the depicted card and is not a share, deposit, security, or promise of financial return.
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and expose public wallet activity. You accept risks of wrong-address transfers, lost keys, malicious wallets, smart-contract defects, forks, congestion, gas-price changes, token depegging, RPC/indexing errors, and third-party network failure. H.O.H is responsible only to the extent required by law or an express service commitment.
Physical redemption may require the NFT to be burned, locked, transferred, or otherwise marked so the digital record cannot continue to represent a card that left custody.
12. Physical delivery and risk
When delivery is available, you must provide a complete deliverable address and pay the disclosed charge. Available destinations, estimated dispatch/delivery time, tracking, insurance, customs, and any special conditions should be shown before or when the delivery request is confirmed. Estimates are not guarantees where delay is outside reasonable control.
Check a shipment promptly and report loss, visible damage, wrong item, or material discrepancy with photographs and packaging evidence. Risk and title transfer rules remain subject to mandatory consumer law; these Terms do not remove rights for goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or not delivered.
13. Cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks
Before allocation or fulfilment, contact us promptly if you made an order error. Once a valid random package has been allocated or digital/on-chain transfer has executed, it generally cannot be cancelled merely because its result or later market value is unfavourable. Physical delivery requests may be cancellable before dispatch where operationally possible.
Refunds are available where required by law and may be offered for duplicate charges, failed fulfilment, unavailable inventory, verified material technical errors, or mutually agreed resolution. Approved fiat refunds are normally returned through the original provider; network/token refunds may require the original wallet and can incur unavoidable network effects.
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction and recovery action, without limiting your lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or genuinely unresolved charge.
14. Points, referrals, and promotions
Points, referral rewards, demo balances, promotional credits, rankings, and similar benefits are governed by their displayed rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are personal, revocable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire or be corrected where issued through mistake, reversal, fraud, self-referral, multi-accounting, or abuse. We will not remove paid property merely because a promotion changes.
15. Prohibited conduct
- Breaking law, sanctions, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or payment/network rules.
- Fraud, money laundering, stolen payment methods, account takeover, fake identity, forged certification, counterfeit cards, or disputed ownership.
- Shill bidding, wash trading, collusion, price manipulation, exploiting non-public information, outcome tampering, bot abuse, or evading purchase/age/location limits.
- Probing or disrupting security; introducing malware; scraping at harmful scale; bypassing access controls, rate limits, or authentication; or interfering with another user.
- Using H.O.H branding, content, images, data, or infrastructure to mislead, impersonate, train a competing commercial service without permission, or violate third-party rights.
16. Intellectual property
H.O.H owns or licenses the Services’ software, original branding, layouts, text, and platform content. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the consumer interface for its intended purpose.
Pokémon, Nintendo, One Piece, PSA, BGS, and other names, marks, characters, and card artwork belong to their respective owners. H.O.H is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless expressly stated. Product images are used for identification, inventory, resale, custody, and transaction presentation.
17. Availability, suspension, and changes
We may maintain, update, secure, suspend, or discontinue features. We will take reasonable steps to preserve paid ownership and pending obligations, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Third-party payment, wallet, blockchain, authentication, delivery, and hosting services may fail outside our control.
We may restrict or close an account for material breach, fraud/security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, or harm to users or the Services. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a method to resolve remaining custody, balance, order, or data matters.
18. Disclaimers and liability
Collectibles and tokens can be volatile and illiquid. Prices, charts, fair-market values, sell-back amounts, rarity, and past sales are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or valuation advice and do not guarantee resale, authenticity beyond an express guarantee, or profit. Make your own assessment and spend only what you can afford.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, H.O.H is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, speculative profit, market movement, user-controlled wallet/key loss, or failures solely caused by an independent network or provider. For claims arising from a paid transaction, any contractual limitation will be applied only where fair and lawful.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or your mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other Malaysian law.
19. Complaints, governing law, and changes
Send complaints to legal@coreos.live with the account, order/transaction reference, issue, and requested resolution. We will attempt good-faith resolution. Eligible Malaysian consumers may also use the Tribunal for Consumer Claims or another competent regulator/court.
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remainder continues.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. The revised effective date will be posted, and material changes will receive reasonable notice. Changes do not retroactively remove rights in a completed transaction. Your continued use after the effective date accepts the revised Terms.
The operator should make these transaction disclosures available in Bahasa Malaysia and any additional language used, as required by applicable electronic-trade rules.
